About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CPQ Developer with a strong background in Oracle CPQ to join our team. This position requires 7+ years of professional experience, including 4-8 years of hands-on work across various CPQ modules and at least two complete end-to-end implementations. The role involves designing advanced Oracle CPQ solutions and actively engaging with clients to resolve their challenges and enhance operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support CPQ configurations, commerce components, integrations, reporting functionalities, workflows, BML scripting, and customizations within the Oracle CPQ environment.
- Build innovative solutions to address client requirements using Oracle CPQ.
- Collaborate directly with customers to comprehend their issues and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Develop and maintain integrations via web services APIs connecting Oracle CPQ with CRM systems and other platforms.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Advanced technical proficiency in CPQ Configuration, CPQ Commerce, Document Designer, and integration mechanisms.
- Expertise in CPQ Product Configuration, including the design of Recommendation Rules and Items, BML scripting, and BMQL query language.
- Integration experience with Oracle CPQ connecting to CRM/ERP systems such as Oracle Sales, Salesforce, Oracle EBS, and JDE, as well as third-party applications.
- Familiarity with BOM (Bill of Materials) management, System Configuration, ABO, and associated integrations is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of web services technologies and standards including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and XSL transformations.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Advanced skills in XML and XSL for data manipulation and presentation.
- Knowledge of CPQ implementation best practices coupled with comprehensive documentation skills.
Additional Information
The candidate is expected to have overall experience ranging from 7 to 12 years within the CPQ domain, with substantial direct involvement in multiple modules and proven implementation experience. The position is based in Bangalore with additional locations including Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Noida.
