Job Overview
This role requires hands-on development across the entire stack — creating and managing automation workflows using n8n, constructing full-stack web applications and dashboards with Next.js, React, and PostgreSQL, and leveraging AI tools like Claude and Cursor for coding, debugging, and documentation. Candidates must be capable of using AI independently to solve problems and deliver products without detailed line-by-line instruction.
Responsibilities
- Develop, adjust, and sustain n8n automation workflows integrating WhatsApp Cloud API, webhooks, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Build and maintain responsive dashboards and web applications using Next.js and React connected to databases and APIs.
- Employ AI coding tools such as Claude and Cursor to assist in construction, debugging, and documentation of software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, thoroughly test workflows, and deploy updates without disrupting existing features.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in utilizing AI-based coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or equivalents) to address challenges across front-end and back-end development.
- Fundamental full-stack development knowledge with the capability to create simple web pages/apps linked to data sources.
- Ability to manage ambiguous requirements by deconstructing objectives into actionable steps.
- Basic programming logic grasp in any language and a strong eagerness to learn rapidly.
- Location or the ability to work on-site daily at the Pune office.
Preferred but Not Mandatory Skills
- Experience with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS frameworks.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and SQL/PostgreSQL databases.
- Any exposure to automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
Hiring Process
