Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Join a rapidly expanding technology company that recently secured substantial multi-million pound funding to grow its engineering team. This position entails developing and maintaining customer-facing platforms for enterprise clients, with full project ownership from concept through to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and sustain customer-facing platforms utilized by enterprise brands.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including production deployment.
• Design and implement Go services and APIs, ensuring distributed systems operate effectively in cloud environments.
• Develop automated and regression testing frameworks to guarantee seamless releases.
• Work collaboratively with Product teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute actively within a focused, cross-functional group of Golang developers.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience developing in Go within production settings.
• Approximately five or more years of background in backend engineering.
• Strong foundation in computer science principles, particularly in distributed systems.
• Proficiency in creating RESTful APIs designed for high-traffic applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of API security standards and best practices.
• Desirable: Experience with modern JavaScript frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte.
