Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer proficient in GraphQL to join our IT company based in Pune. This is a full-time onsite position requiring an immediate joiner with at least 6 years of strong development background.

Project Context

The core project involves a cross-platform mobile and web solution designed to facilitate direct connections between patients and certified dietitians. The platform supports personalized virtual care, meal tracking, habit monitoring, and real-time communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and architect secure and scalable server-side applications and business logic utilizing Ruby on Rails.
• Create and maintain high-efficiency GraphQL APIs for flexible and optimized data retrieval.
• Enhance backend data models, optimize database queries, and refine system integrations to maximize performance.
• Maintain application stability, ensure code quality, and manage smooth server infrastructure operations.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience of over six years specifically in backend development using Ruby on Rails and GraphQL.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices, scalable architecture design, and backend performance optimization.
