Team and Business Line
Our Corporate Services team specializes in fiduciary and administrative support for multinational corporations, corporates, and private clients. Operating through a worldwide network, we provide comprehensive corporate administration services managing the full lifecycle of corporate entities, helping clients navigate increasing regulatory and compliance demands.
Role Overview
- Function autonomously while assisting senior lawyers in delivering corporate secretarial services to clients located in foreign jurisdictions.
- Draft, prepare, and review legal documentation covering all phases of company operations from incorporation to dissolution within stipulated timelines.
- Carry out and monitor required statutory filings with local governmental bodies.
- Collaborate effectively with business partners, clients, and colleagues worldwide to collect necessary information and documents needed for assignments.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific, local, international, and sector-related regulatory standards while communicating relevant legal updates.
- Maintain accurate data records and generate proper reports as required.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a degree in Law, Finance, Business, or actively pursuing a professional qualification in a related discipline.
- Have at least two years of experience either in providing corporate services to international clients or working within the corporate law domain.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Demonstrate excellent communication abilities.
