Role Overview

As a Contracts Administrator supporting the Contracts Manager on the state-of-the-art hospital project in Canberra, you will contribute to procuring labour and subcontractor services while handling financial activities that focus on cash flow, profit maximization, variations, reporting, and administration.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in contracts administration, quantity surveying, or similar commercial construction roles.
• In-depth knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and tendering procedures.
• Strong financial and commercial insight.
• Ability to interpret drawings and construction documents for large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building, or related fields.
