Role Responsibilities

As a Building Services Engineer, you will support the Services Manager with designing, testing, installing, completing, and handing over multidiscipline services. You will ensure precise document control throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate regularly with suppliers, consultants, subcontractors, clients, regulatory authorities, councils, and industry groups.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in a relevant technical discipline with practical experience on medium to large-scale construction projects. You should have familiarity across building services disciplines including electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and fire safety systems.
