  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Installation, Product, and Service teams to convert complex customer needs into practical, high-performance energy systems.
  • Provide design guidance to support successful project delivery and continuously enhance design standards, tools, and technical capabilities.

Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency with industry-standard design and modeling software such as SolarPlus, PVSyst, TRNSYS, or Revit.
  • Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple design projects concurrently.
  • Collaborative, customer-oriented, and curious mindset with a passion for challenging traditional approaches and enhancing engineering outcomes.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, safe engineering solutions.

  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • A hybrid work model with a modern office in Penrose, Auckland.
  • Competitive remuneration package.
  • Exclusive discounts on Fisher & Paykel and Haier products.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage.
  • Subsidized medical insurance.
  • Generous family leave policies.
  • On-site subsidized café and complimentary parking.
  • Work in a supportive environment under strong leadership with a legacy of trustworthiness and innovation.
