Job Overview

The company Arihant Dream Infra Projects Limited is hiring an experienced Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineer for their construction project located at Chokhi Dhani, Tonk Road, Jaipur. This full-time role involves supervising and managing MEP activities on-site to ensure efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily MEP site activities, ensuring prompt progress.
• Coordinate execution of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Interpret and apply MEP drawings and project specifications accurately.
• Collaborate closely with civil teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Maintain quality standards, ensure safety compliance, and monitor project schedules.
• Verify material needs and liaise with purchase and storage departments.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and handle snagging and rectification tasks.
• Prepare detailed daily progress reports and documentation related to MEP work.
• Address technical queries and resolve on-site execution challenges.
• Assist with final MEP inspections and support project handover procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
• Preferably 2 to 5 years of hands-on MEP or site engineering experience.
• Experience working on residential construction projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MEP drawings, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong abilities in site coordination and contractor management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be technically adept, responsible, pragmatic, and capable of independently managing MEP operations while coordinating among diverse teams.

Additional Details

• Job location: Chokhi Dhani, Tonk Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
• Work hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Salary range: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month depending on experience and skills.
