Security Guard

Job Overview

The Security Guard is entrusted with safeguarding the premises, employees, visitors, and assets by overseeing entry and exit points, enforcing discipline, and promptly addressing security-related concerns.

Primary Duties

• Regulate and monitor access of employees, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles to the premises.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and verify identification as required.
• Perform regular patrols of various areas including office floors, parking lots, and communal spaces.
• Ensure protection of company property by preventing theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Observe CCTV footage to detect and report any suspicious behavior.
• Oversee parking management and vehicle movement within premises.
• Respond effectively to emergencies like fires, medical incidents, or security threats.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to address safety and security concerns.
• Ensure premises are securely opened and closed following schedules.
• Document daily security activities and incidents accurately.
• Enforce organizational rules and uphold discipline throughout the premises.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess between 1 to 3 years of experience in security roles, ideally within office or commercial environments.
• Have foundational knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Physically fit and vigilant to patrol and respond to situations promptly.
• Capable of managing high-pressure scenarios calmly and effectively.
• Basic proficiency in Hindi and/or English communication skills.
