Your work will empower strategic, investment, and operational decisions across the company. Collaborating closely with technical and business teams, you will ensure data is accessible, well-managed, and optimally utilized for maximum benefit.

  • Work with cross-disciplinary business and IT teams to translate business needs into effective technical data solutions and reports.
  • Proactively seek ways to improve data processes, automate workflows, and scale platforms to boost performance and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 5 to 10 years of experience extracting, constructing, analyzing, and visualizing organizational data to support essential business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including developing efficient reusable queries and refining others’ work for optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and analytics tools, notably strong skills using Power BI.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft data ecosystem, including SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and Power BI platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, data integration techniques, Change Data Capture (CDC), and working with data from multiple sources such as Salesforce CRM systems.
  • A strong analytical approach, employing statistical methods to derive insights and business-oriented recommendations.
