About the Role

T&G Global Limited is embarking on an exciting phase of technological transformation. We are assembling a new technology leadership team to influence how T&G operates, expands, and connects internationally. As our technology, data, and global processes become more integrated, we are enhancing our leadership capacity to ensure resilience, security, and readiness for future challenges.

We invite an accomplished Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to develop and oversee our cybersecurity, information security, and technology risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and continually refine T&G's enterprise-wide cybersecurity and technology risk strategy.
• Deliver expert, business-oriented guidance to the CIO, executive leaders, and Board committees regarding cyber risks, risk tolerance, and priority investments.
• Enhance visibility and control over cyber, technology, and third-party risks.
• Advance our Identity & Access Management approach, covering identity governance and management of privileged accounts.
• Implement security guidelines and controls tailored to cloud and contemporary technology platforms.
• Lead executive response during major cyber incidents; ensure incident response and recovery plans are regularly tested and improved.
• Develop and uphold cybersecurity policies, standards, and control frameworks aligned with industry-recognized benchmarks.
• Supervise security evaluations, including audits and penetration testing, for ongoing assurance activities.
• Foster a robust security mindset throughout the organization by educating leaders and employees about their roles in cyber risk management.
• Define the future direction for the cybersecurity function, including capabilities and operational models.

Qualities and Experience

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional in cyber or information security and technology risk leadership with the ability to engage confidently at executive and board levels. This includes:

• Extensive leadership experience in cybersecurity frameworks, risk evaluation, and control design.
• Proficient knowledge of identity management, cloud security, and advanced security architectures.
• Ability to translate complex technological challenges into understandable business implications and actionable decisions.
• Skills to provide counsel that informs without inducing excessive worry, challenge constructively, and integrate security as a business enabler.
• Experience managing third-party security vendors and navigating complex supplier ecosystems.
• Expertise in directing cyber risk management, incident response, and security enhancement initiatives.
• Experience in regulated industries or organizations with operational complexity, particularly across multiple regions, is highly valued.
