Job Overview
Join Hilton as a Security Officer and play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, and property. You will help create memorable and secure experiences by maintaining vigilance and delivering attentive guest service in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform thorough security patrols of both the interior and exterior areas of the hotel to detect and address any safety hazards, security threats, or unfavorable conditions.
- Assist with initial investigations of any incidents, collecting relevant information, documenting evidence, and providing clear and accurate reports.
- Maintain detailed and precise records by preparing security reports and logs for management and compliance purposes.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fires, medical situations, and other safety threats, providing assistance and coordinating with emergency responders as necessary.
- Offer professional and courteous support to guests by addressing their questions and concerns regarding safety and security.
