Overview

As an integral member of the management team, the Team Leader supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager by overseeing daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide associates by providing mentorship and support.
• Manage store presentation, including shelf restocking and processing incoming shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customer service excellence standards.
• Carry out managerial duties during shifts, such as handling breaks and attendance.
• Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain adherence to safety and cleanliness regulations.
• Oversee cash handling and assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Participate in inventory activities and facilitate training for new hires.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and contribute to hiring and performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• 1 to 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Driven to advance within the company.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
• Capability to prioritize and perform in a high-volume environment.
