Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) by creating products and service experiences that customers truly appreciate.
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all workstations remain clean, well-organized, and ready for audits.
- Lead and support team members to foster a workplace culture emphasizing well-being, resilience, and collective achievements.
- Continuously develop your baking proficiency and leadership capabilities through curiosity and determination.
- Perform confidently in a demanding setting managing tight schedules, physical effort, and fast production paces.
Candidate Profile
- Formal qualification in baking or an equivalent professional accreditation.
- Proven experience working in fast-moving bakery environments.
