Responsibilities

• Implement the Everyday ACTs values: Acknowledge, Care & Thank, crafting products and experiences that delight customers.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are rigorously maintained; keep workstations clean, organized, and ready for audits.
• Lead and support your bakery team, fostering an environment of wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievement.
• Maintain a curious and proactive mindset, continuously improving both your baking techniques and leadership abilities.
• Effectively manage the demands and pace of a busy bakery, performing well under pressure amid physical and time constraints.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess formal baking qualifications or recognized industry equivalents.
• Have prior experience working in a high-volume, fast-moving bakery setting.

Work Schedule

Choose between two roster options:

• Tuesday to Saturday, from midnight to 12 PM.
• Sunday to Thursday, from midnight to 12 PM.
