Role Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and motivational individual passionate about people, customer experience, and sales success to support the Store Manager at our Doncaster location. This role is a great opportunity to step up, assist in running store operations, learning from industry experts, and delivering the distinctive Tapi customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the store team to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Act as deputy to the Store Manager and oversee store operations in their absence.
• Help manage sales targets and inspire the team towards achieving them.
• Train and support team members to consistently deliver the Tapi customer experience.
• Assist in onboarding and inducting new store colleagues.
• Drive personal sales goals and contribute actively to store performance.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and support promotional activities.
• Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and composure.
• Continuously seek improvements benefiting customers, colleagues, and the business.
• Use store technology effectively to accurately record customer orders.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and security standards set by Tapi.
