Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Advisor passionate about customer service and sales. This role involves guiding customers to realize their flooring visions through expert product advice and outstanding service. You will work alongside a knowledgeable store team and learn industry-leading skills, including how to draw and cost room layouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store colleagues to consistently impress and support customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service addressing pre-sale inquiries, processing orders, and managing post-sale questions and occasional complaints.
• Assist with in-store promotional updates, housekeeping tasks, and report to the Store Manager.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the store environment and customer experience.
• Receive comprehensive training on product ranges and provide personalized flooring advice.
• Learn to design room layouts and provide accurate flooring cost estimates.
