Role Overview

We seek a passionate Sales Advisor dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and supporting customers in realizing their flooring ideas. You will be part of a knowledgeable team, gaining extensive industry insight and training including learning product details and how to draw and price rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your store colleagues to consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Handle customer inquiries before, during, and after sales, and manage occasional complaint escalations.
• Assist with in-store promotional activities, maintain store appearance, and report to Store Managers.
• Proactively seek improvements to store operations and customer service quality.
• Learn about Tapi’s product ranges and provide tailored advice to customers.
• Acquire skills to accurately draw room layouts and calculate flooring costs.
