Key Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive multi-phase training program to master skills and align with the brand's standards.
• Confidently showcase and educate clients about the fit, craftsmanship, and style of our Ready to Wear and Custom-Made collections.
• Apply professional sales techniques consistent with company guidelines to meet individual and store sales goals.
• Foster lasting client relationships by leveraging the brand’s Radically Personal loyalty program.
• Maintain attractive and brand-compliant merchandise displays following visual merchandising standards.
• Adhere to store operations and service standards to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by store leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Previous work experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service environments.
• A sincere passion for fashion and styling.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive within a collaborative, team-oriented workplace.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
