We seek an experienced Senior Designer / Registered Architect to join our Melbourne-based team. This position suits a professional passionate about managing intricate design briefs and documentation, eager to tackle more challenging projects and develop leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create inspiring design solutions that satisfy clients in diverse sectors including mixed-use developments, infrastructure, hospitality, and retail.
• Participate actively in design workshops to foster collaborative ideation.
• Support contract management during construction and post-construction phases.
• Mentor junior design staff, ensuring high quality standards and sharing industry expertise.

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Architect qualification with a minimum of 10 years' professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Experience preparing Class 2 construction documentation.
• Strong creative problem-solving ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive in resolving conflicts and agile in revising plans efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
