Job description
About The Opportunity
- Become a key member of an expanding Digital team focused on delivering effective AI and automation solutions.
- Create and implement AI-driven workflows, system integrations, and internal tools.
- Emphasize designing scalable and maintainable solutions rather than applying AI indiscriminately.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to accurately translate business requirements into technical delivery.
- Contribute to enhancing the organization's AI capabilities and develop reusable automation components.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated track record of implementing AI and automation in live production environments, beyond initial concept stages.
- Strong proficiency within the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform.
- Technical skills in software engineering including .NET, SQL, and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Expertise in integrating systems through APIs and workflows following sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
What We Offer
- A fixed base salary of $120,000 NZD per annum coupled with substantial responsibility and ownership.
