The Commercial Finance Manager position is pivotal, overseeing operational performance, budgeting, forecasting, investment decisions, business cases, commercial agreements, and advancing the financial capabilities within TenPeaks. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives collaborating with business stakeholders, probing key financial questions, and translating strategy into impactful commercial results.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Holder of Chartered Accountant qualification or industry equivalent.
- Proven experience collaborating closely with business leadership and guiding teams through complex commercial scenarios and outcomes.
- While not mandatory, familiarity with technology or telecommunications sectors is advantageous; however, comprehensive understanding of managing intricate businesses across entire value chains is essential.
- Expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, performance evaluation, and delivering commercial insights and financial assurance.
- Adeptness at operating within fast-evolving startup environments.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and displays strong problem-solving abilities.
