• Possess a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience, alongside dedication to continuous professional growth.
• Proven communication skills at senior organisational levels.
• Strong procurement, negotiation, and contract management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibit sound judgment, organisational insight, and political awareness.
