Internship Overview
This internship involves supporting talent sourcing and project management efforts by ensuring quality compliance and coordination with various teams remotely. The intern will contribute to improving candidate quality and project outcomes while working with internal stakeholders and external freelancers.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate project submissions to verify adherence to quality standards and client specifications.
- Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or missing information to freelancers and contributors for corrections.
- Monitor performance metrics of contributors and freelancers across diverse projects and assignments.
- Perform regular quality assessments on deliverables daily or weekly and escalate persistent issues impacting timelines.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to clarify requirements and address quality challenges promptly.
- Conduct a large volume of outreach calls to shortlist potential candidates for current projects.
- Keep detailed records of quality assessments, task progress, and candidate pipelines using internal systems.
- Generate timely progress reports and quality updates for project stakeholders.
- Follow strict protocols on data privacy, confidentiality, and secure project data management.

- Must be available for a work-from-home internship starting between September 29, 2026 and November 3, 2026.
- Available to commit to a 6-month internship duration.
