As an intern focused on sourcing and recruitment, your daily tasks will involve identifying the most suitable candidates for client and internal roles by leveraging various job portals. You will be responsible for reviewing resumes, shortlisting fitting candidates, engaging with potential applicants to gauge their interest and fit, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to align on job needs. Scheduling interviews, maintaining detailed candidate records, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes are key aspects of this role. It is essential to handle all recruitment data confidentially and with care.
