About the Internship
This internship involves supporting talent sourcing and project quality assurance efforts, ensuring that project deliverables meet client specifications and quality standards. The intern will be engaged in monitoring freelancer and contributor outputs, conducting quality evaluations, and managing communication related to project progress and corrections.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify project submissions to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and client requirements.
- Identify and report errors or inconsistencies in deliverables, communicating adjustments to relevant freelancers or contributors.
- Monitor the performance of contributors across varied project types and categories.
- Perform routine quality assessments on ongoing work and raise issues that may impact delivery schedules.
- Liaise with internal project and operational teams to clarify requirements and address quality concerns.
- Conduct extensive outreach calls daily to evaluate and shortlist candidates for current projects.
- Keep detailed records of quality checks, task statuses, and candidate pipelines via internal management tools.
- Compile regular reports on progress and quality for stakeholders.
- Follow internal policies related to data privacy, security, and precise management of project information.
