About the internship
Position Overview
Join ConsultBae as a Quality & Operations Intern working remotely for six months. This internship involves supervising freelancers, managing contributors, and ensuring project milestones are met with high quality. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to maintain data accuracy, adhere to confidentiality, and streamline operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard freelancers, contributors, linguists, and subject matter experts after assessing project needs.
- Allocate tasks, monitor daily progress, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Evaluate submitted work quality and coordinate necessary revisions with contributors and internal teams.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to resolve any execution challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive trackers and generate reports, handling payments for client-approved work.
- Conduct outreach calls to screen candidates regarding requirements, language skills, and availability.
- Communicate project details with prospective contributors, assess their fit, and manage interview or onboarding scheduling.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and keep recruitment tracking updated continuously.
- Adhere to established protocols concerning data accuracy, confidentiality, and responsible project information management.
Candidate Requirements and Eligibility
- Must be available for a work-from-home internship.
- Availability to commence between September 25, 2026, and October 30, 2026.
- Commitment to a full six-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant coordination, process management, and communication skills along with a keen interest in operational roles.
Compensation and Benefits
