This internship is designed for candidates eager to support our EdTech clients by sourcing and engaging subject matter experts. Your key tasks include researching ideal candidates, communicating opportunities, and managing outreach processes to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and create a shortlist of suitable subject matter experts by leveraging LinkedIn, job portals, and proprietary databases.
- Initiate calls with shortlisted experts to discuss the opportunity, evaluate their background, interest, expertise, and availability.
- Negotiate engagement terms and timelines, address queries, and steer conversations to ensure progression towards commitment.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and expert status in daily tracking systems for seamless follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and project teams to fully understand client requirements and aim to fill open roles within specified deadlines.
- Provide routine progress updates and incorporate feedback to continuously enhance sourcing and outreach effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available to undertake a full-time, in-office internship in Gurgaon.
- Availability to start between October 15, 2026, and November 19, 2026.
- Commitment to a six-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and interests meeting role expectations.
- Female candidates interested in starting or restarting their careers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates either residing in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon with a portfolio link are preferred.
