About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to engage with a cutting-edge EdTech company pioneering adaptive learning through Artificial Intelligence. Selected interns will play a crucial role in the pilot phase of educational programs by coordinating with schools and ensuring smooth onboarding and training processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with school coordinators throughout the pilot program.
- Accurately collect, verify, and manage data for both teachers and students.
- Monitor onboarding status and track login activities on the educational platform.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions for teachers and students.
- Oversee teacher test assignments and encourage student test participation.
- Maintain comprehensive daily and weekly tracking reports for the pilot.
- Ensure timely follow-up with schools and internal teams regarding pending activities.
- Identify, categorize, and escalate school-related issues to the relevant departments.
- Follow up on issue resolution and keep schools updated on progress.
- Gather feedback from teachers, students, and school coordinators to aid program improvement.
- Assist in compiling reports covering weekly and bi-weekly pilot progress.
- Maintain detailed records concerning pilot progression, platform adoption, encountered issues, and subsequent actions.
- Support the team in ensuring successful implementation and completion of pilots with all necessary metrics and feedback documented.
Candidate Eligibility
This internship is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Availability for a remote internship commencing between November 4, 2026, and December 9, 2026.
- Commitment to a six-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and a keen interest in educational technology and operations.
- Preferably enrolled in or recent graduates of Computer Science Engineering programs.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Comfort engaging and communicating effectively with teachers and school coordinators.
- Highly organized with attention to detail for managing data accurately.
- Self-driven with a solid sense of responsibility to complete assigned tasks.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment.
