Technical Recruiter Internship - Remote Work Opportunity

About the Internship

This internship position offers a comprehensive hands-on experience in technical recruitment at Finflock Systems, a pioneer fintech startup that leverages advanced technologies such as cloud computing, machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics to provide intelligent financial solutions. The intern will support the recruitment process for the engineering team by understanding technical requirements and engaging with candidates through various sourcing and screening methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering team to grasp technical hiring criteria including required technologies, skills, and experience levels.
• Identify and attract candidates using platforms like Broxer, GitHub, college placement cells, and specialized tech communities through advanced Boolean and X-ray searching techniques.
• Evaluate technical profiles, resumes, and portfolios across diverse skills such as Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI), JavaScript (React, Vue.js), Java, relational databases, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Linux, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and artificial intelligence/machine learning.
• Conduct preliminary technical interviews to assess candidates' foundational knowledge, project experience, and communication skills.
• Coordinate coding evaluations and assignments in partnership with the technical team using platforms like HackerRank and HackerEarth.
• Arrange subsequent technical interviews, gather detailed feedback, and maintain transparent communication with candidates at all stages.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain organized records using applicant tracking systems.
• Create detailed technical job descriptions and formulate effective screening questions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as number of applications, candidate shortlisting rates, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance, and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Oversee the issuance of offer letters, facilitate onboarding processes, and develop a pool of potential talent for future hiring needs.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be capable of working remotely and available to start between October 7th, 2026 and November 11th, 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship duration is required.
• Candidates should possess appropriate technical or related educational backgrounds and interests aligned with the role.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed or pursuing a degree in B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, or B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Foundational programming knowledge in Python, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Git sufficient to engage in technical discussions.
• A sound understanding of various tech stacks including frontend, backend, databases, DevOps, cloud computing, data analytics, and AI/ML.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, and awareness of financial market concepts is advantageous.
• An interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably backed by prior experience in campus recruitment, placement cells, or HR internships.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing large volumes of applications efficiently.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with remote work dynamics, including daily progress reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

• The stipend ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 per month, consisting of a fixed component (₹12,000 - ₹14,000) and variable incentives (₹2,000 - ₹4,000).
• A certificate of internship completion will be provided.
