This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources by supporting various HR functions related to employee onboarding, engagement, and administrative coordination within a leading telecommunications company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departmental heads to design role-specific induction plans for large-scale roles across different business verticals.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures, ensuring new hires have a seamless introduction to the organization.
- Update and manage employee records, onboarding trackers, and relevant HR documentation.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, communication, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Work with internal departments to guarantee joining formalities and onboarding requirements are completed promptly.
- Collect and analyze new employee feedback to help refine the induction and onboarding processes.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team in daily operations.
