About the Internship
This internship provides an immersive opportunity for MBA (HR) freshers to gain practical experience in comprehensive HR business partnering within a rapidly evolving, digitally driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS data maintenance, employee lifecycle activities, and resolution of initial employee queries.
- Assist recruitment processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and keeping hiring records up to date throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and team programs aimed at enhancing workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, maintain precise documentation, and support internal compliance audits.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, on-site internship based in Gurgaon.
- Should be able to commence the internship between October 7, 2026, and November 11, 2026.
- Commitment to the full six-month duration is required.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000.
- Opportunity for full-time job offer upon successful program completion with an annual salary between ₹350,000 and ₹450,000.
