Internship Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in managing quality and operational processes within a dynamic organization focused on talent acquisition. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing contributors and freelancers, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding of freelancers, contributors, linguists, and subject experts by grasping project needs thoroughly.
- Distribute tasks among contributors, monitor daily task progress, and ensure deadlines and goals are consistently achieved.
- Oversee quality checks of submissions and coordinate necessary revisions involving contributors and internal departments.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to promptly resolve execution challenges.
- Maintain detailed trackers and reports; handle payment processing for contributors once client approvals are received.
- Conduct outreach calls to evaluate candidates' skills, language proficiency, and availability.
- Communicate project specifics to potential contributors, assess their fit, and arrange interviews or onboarding sessions.
- Regularly follow up with shortlisted candidates and update recruitment tracking systems.
- Adhere to established protocols ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and responsible management of project-related information.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available for a remote internship position.
- Ability to start between September 29, 2026, and November 3, 2026.
- Commitment to a six-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills such as coordination, process management, and effective communication.
- Should be a student of Computer Science Engineering.

Compensation & Benefits
A monthly stipend ranging from ₹5000 to ₹8000 will be provided. Interns will also receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
