This internship opportunity centers around supporting Vedron.ai in conducting detailed research and intelligence gathering. The focus is on UK-based mid-to-large scale companies in sectors such as industrial, manufacturing, and energy, specifically those with revenues exceeding £100 million or employing over 500 people. Interns will track strategic corporate events, perform initial legal reviews of company data, map C-suite executives, and compile detailed briefing documents for internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify target companies and monitor significant trigger events like ERP migrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), site closures, carve-outs, and private equity restructuring.
- Perform preliminary legal assessments to verify the availability and compliance of historical datasets, ensuring absence of legal constraints such as litigation holds or exposure to sensitive personal information.
- Locate and confirm contact details of key decision-makers at the executive level including General Counsels, Chief Data Officers, and Chief Financial Officers.
- Create succinct intelligence briefs that summarize ERP usage, depth of historical records, and notable trigger events, facilitating smooth handoffs to Vedron's outreach teams.
