This internship offers practical experience in driving user acquisition and growth for Panda, an AI-powered double-date platform emphasizing genuine interactions and safety. Interns will engage in diverse activities including community outreach, onboarding enhancement, content creation, and data-driven growth experimentation to elevate platform adoption and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote organic growth by leveraging campus networks, social media, influencer partnerships, and student ambassador initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance user acquisition and overall platform visibility.
- Optimize the onboarding process to boost user activation rates and profile completeness while maintaining strict verification and authenticity standards.
- Create educational resources such as interactive guides and FAQs to facilitate user understanding and encourage feature uptake.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including user activation, engagement, retention, and platform growth trends.
- Maintain community health by enforcing guidelines, ensuring quality user experiences, and managing user inquiries efficiently.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to pinpoint growth bottlenecks and translate insights into actionable UI/UX improvements.
- Plan and implement marketing experiments to optimize conversion funnels and collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth, and operations teams.
