Vedron.ai offers a remote, part-time internship designed for candidates interested in community management and digital user engagement. The role involves a three-month commitment starting immediately, focusing on driving and managing user growth and retention within online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategies to increase user sign-ups using online communities, social media campaigns, influencers, and ambassador programs.
Handle user onboarding processes including verification and KYC compliance tasks.
Design educational content such as onboarding guides, FAQs, and tutorials to aid new users.
Track metrics related to user activation, engagement, retention, and growth to assess platform performance.
Moderate community interactions, enforce safety policies, and maintain a respectful user environment.
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure user satisfaction.
Analyze user data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities in user experience and product development.
Generate reports with insights and recommendations for enhancing platform growth.
Conduct growth experiments to optimize user acquisition and conversion rates.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Support teams to foster platform success.

Additional Details and Perks
