About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise intelligence gathering, risk assessment, legal due diligence, stakeholder mapping, and creation of intelligence reports for business and transaction opportunities. It is a fully remote position lasting two months with a stipend between ₹25,000 and ₹65,000 per month. The role is purely analytical and research-oriented, with no client-facing or sales duties involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on UK industrial, manufacturing, and energy firms with revenues exceeding £100 million or with more than 500 employees utilizing Companies House, public databases, legal filings, and dockets.
• Monitor crucial business triggers such as SAP S/4HANA migrations, site closures, corporate carve-outs, and private equity restructurings to identify transaction opportunities.
• Perform preliminary due diligence on ERP, WMS, and CMMS databases to assess risks including active litigation and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Investigate and document legal, regulatory, and privacy issues that could impact transaction feasibility.
• Map and verify senior executive decision-makers including General Counsels, CFOs, CIOs, and Chief Data Officers within target organizations.
• Compile concise, actionable intelligence briefs summarizing software infrastructure, technology stacks, data depth, and relevant market developments to support execution teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be able to work remotely and commit to a two-month internship starting between 29th September and 3rd November 2026.

Additional Details

• The stipend comprises a fixed pay ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month plus incentives between ₹10,000 and ₹40,000 per month.

• This role is focused on research and analysis with no sales outreach or direct client interactions.
