- Develop and configure timekeeping rules addressing complex pay codes, premiums, differentials, rounding guidelines, and union/collective bargaining agreement stipulations.
- Design and implement leave policies including PTO, FMLA, STD/LTD, maternity/paternity, military leave, and both continuous and intermittent leave with accrual, eligibility, carryover, and proration rules.
- Set up approval workflows, notifications, and self-service processes for leave and time-off requests.
- Manage employee groups, work rules, schedules, and compliance templates across various geographies, utilizing over 35 pre-built country templates.

- Create training resources, job aids, and documentation for HR, payroll teams, and managers to support system adoption.
- Work alongside HCM/payroll teams to provide an integrated workforce management solution.
- Engage in client workshops, gather requirements, and participate in steering committee meetings as necessary.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on ADP WorkForce Suite configuration experience, preferably covering full implementation cycles.
- Deep knowledge of time and attendance rules including pay structures, rounding, overtime calculations, and shift differentials.
- Practical experience designing absence and leave policies with considerations for accrual, eligibility, carryover, and compliance-based leaves such as FMLA.
- Competence in configuring approval workflows and self-service functionalities for employees and managers.
- Understanding of multi-country compliance templates and ability to configure rules for global or unionized environments.
- Familiarity with integration methods between WorkForce Suite and popular HCM/payroll platforms using REST APIs or built-in connectors.
