About the Role
Join a global leader as a Media Intelligence Specialist focused on managing digital content, analyzing customer voice data, and enhancing service quality for a large-scale organization. This role involves interpreting complex media and customer interaction data to provide actionable insights that drive improvements in customer service experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate extensive customer interaction data across various media channels to detect patterns, recurring problems, and growth opportunities aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize and maintain digital content databases, tagging knowledge articles to enable quicker, more precise responses to customer queries.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sentiments from multiple sources to distill qualitative data into actionable insights for refining service procedures.
- Design clear reports and dashboards summarizing customer voice trends to support decisions in operations, product development, and quality assurance teams.
- Collaborate with customer service teams operating in rotational shifts to validate insights, gather additional context, and ensure findings represent actual service conditions.
- Continuously enhance the knowledge base by monitoring usage, collecting feedback, and assessing issue resolution outcomes to keep content relevant and user-friendly.
- Develop and manage categorization systems and taxonomies to improve accuracy in issue tracking and media analysis reporting.
- Work with quality assurance and training teams to transform customer voice insights into enhanced scripts, guidance, and service playbooks.
- Utilize media monitoring and content management tools to identify, flag, and escalate critical issues that could affect brand image or operational stability.
- Assist in root cause analysis of frequent customer pain points by integrating media intelligence, operational data, and frontline feedback to suggest practical solutions.
- Document standardized analysis methodologies, templates, and checklists to ensure consistency and efficiency across shifts.
- Partner with product and process stakeholders to prioritize improvement initiatives grounded in customer evidence and aligned with strategic business goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and information security policies when handling customer data, media assets, and generating insight reports within the office setting.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in managing content assets that support customer service operations through curation, updating, and structuring knowledge resources for frontline teams.
- Practical experience analyzing customer voices gathered from diverse channels such as surveys, calls, chats, and social/digital media platforms.
- Familiarity with customer service environments involving rotational shifts and comprehension of operational metrics and live interaction dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail in converting unstructured feedback into coherent themes and prioritized recommendations.
- Effective collaboration capabilities with stakeholders across customer service, quality assurance, and product management in a high-paced office environment.
- Proficiency with standard office software and media or knowledge management platforms for creating structured reports, trackers, and content repositories.
- Exceptional communication skills to deliver clear written summaries and verbal presentations accessible to non-technical decision makers.
- Adaptability to evolving customer trends and media landscapes, while maintaining focus on measurable service enhancements.
Certification
Possession of Certified Customer Experience Professional credential or an equivalent certification in customer service analytics or content management is required.
Eligibility
