Maps Data Moderator - French Language

Work Model and Location

This position requires working onsite at the Dublin 3 location, East Point Business Park, following standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

About the Role

The role involves maintaining accurate and current business data on mapping services by validating information, directly contacting businesses, and thoroughly reviewing applicable guidelines. It is a multifaceted role combining investigative research, active customer communication, and informed decision-making in a detail-focused and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate map data accuracy in relation to client standards and policies.
• Contact businesses primarily through outbound calls to confirm their details.
• Update client mapping platforms based on verified information.
• Utilize market knowledge to make balanced decisions and address inquiries by identifying inconsistencies according to set policies and protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in French at a minimum B2/C1 level and English at a minimum B2+ level.
• Eligibility to work within Ireland is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications and Google Sheets.
• Capacity to establish and sustain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Meticulous attention to detail paired with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Efficient time management and prioritization skills with the capability to perform independently under deadlines.
