Job description
Overview
You will become a part of the Payroll Administration Team within the Shared Services department, supporting various payroll-related administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the roster system to reflect attendance accurately.
- Review payroll reports to verify correct calculation of allowances, overtime, and incentives.
- Handle manual corrections to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare payment notifications for employees who are leaving the organization.
- Perform additional assigned tasks related to payroll administration.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least a Higher NITEC certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Comfortable handling numerical data and payroll documents.
- Detail-focused with precision and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain compliance standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Pivot Tables, basic formulas, and VLOOKUP is beneficial.
- Good communication skills to professionally address payroll inquiries.
- A collaborative mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Prior experience in payroll is not mandatory; candidates demonstrating a strong learning attitude and capability are encouraged to apply.
