Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our Management Information Systems (MIS) team at Cognizant. The ideal candidate will oversee the creation and delivery of detailed business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to help drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of MIS specialists to produce accurate, insightful business intelligence reports and analytics dashboards.
• Develop and sustain advanced data models utilizing sophisticated Excel capabilities including pivot tables, macros, and VBA programming.
• Create and execute strategic reporting frameworks tailored to meet client needs and expectations effectively.
• Collaborate across various business units to understand operational requirements and craft focused BI solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed punctually while adhering to stringent quality benchmarks.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between 4 to 7 years of relevant experience with a strong background in Advanced Excel, dashboard development, and BI tools.
• Proficient with multiple Business Intelligence tools, such as QlikView, and capable of managing cross-platform solutions simultaneously.
• Demonstrate excellent communication abilities to translate complex technical details into accessible reports and visual presentations for non-technical audiences.
