Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Consultant to join a multinational corporation's team based in Bangalore with work from office requirements. The ideal candidate will handle employee lifecycle management and support compliance and strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring through retirement.
- Ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and internal company policies.
- Work closely with different stakeholders to aid in workforce planning and execution of HR strategies.
Compensation Details
- 1+ years of experience: up to 520,000 INR annual CTC.
- 2+ years of experience: up to 600,000 INR annual CTC.
- 3+ years of experience: up to 750,000 INR annual CTC.
- 4 to 5 years of experience: up to 800,000 INR annual CTC.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, permanent role located in Bangalore with expectations of working from the office. Strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.
