- Develop paid advertising videos with variations in introductions, messaging, and calls to action.
- Bring the product's features to life through screen recordings, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and clear visuals.
- Handle full post-production processes including clip selection, editing, color grading, sound design, music integration, captions, and exports.
- Leverage AI creative tools to produce supporting visuals, voiceovers, and other assets for enhanced quality and efficiency.

- Comprehends how elements like music, silence, sound effects, and pacing influence emotional response.
- Experienced in integrating AI-based creative tools including Runway, Kling, Sora, and ElevenLabs into the editing workflow.
- Works autonomously, consistently meets deadlines, and accepts constructive feedback gracefully.
- Balances speed and meticulousness to produce polished, high-quality outputs.
Prior experience in SaaS product videos, founder storytelling, documentary formats, or creating paid social media advertisements is advantageous.

- Exercise creative ownership with opportunities to have your work distributed widely across marketing channels.
- Potential to expand into creative leadership roles and assist in forming a dedicated video team.
- Enjoy competitive compensation coupled with performance-related bonuses.

- Candidates uncomfortable with iterative feedback, revisions, or testing innovative ideas.
- Applicants more focused on aesthetics than storytelling effectiveness and impact.
- People reluctant to embrace new tools or adapt creatively.
- Those who bring ego or office politics instead of teamwork and accountability.
- Applicants not driven to achieve excellence in their craft.
