Base360.ai aims to simplify the management of short-term rental businesses by consolidating property management, communications, bookings, cleaning, maintenance, and finance into a unified platform powered by AI. We seek a driven UX/UI Product Designer passionate about transforming technical complexity into elegant, user-friendly designs. Working closely with founders and developers, you'll create impactful experiences targeting property managers, operational teams, and guests.

Design Responsibilities

• Craft core product components including dashboards and workflows encompassing reservations, properties, guest interactions, cleaning, maintenance, and financial management.
• Design intuitive AI agent interfaces that facilitate configuration, transparency of AI decisions, and human intervention when necessary.
• Develop onboarding experiences to streamline channel integration, property additions, and rapid platform adoption by operators.
• Enhance booking and guest flow processes such as direct bookings, check-ins, extensions, and upsell opportunities.
• Establish a comprehensive design system comprising reusable elements and consistent interaction patterns to maintain platform coherence during growth.
• Create website and promotional materials like landing pages and visual assets that effectively communicate product value.

Key Activities

• Manage the entire design lifecycle from problem identification and user research through prototype development, final UI creation, and implementation evaluation.
• Engage with operators and internal teams to grasp workflows and pain points deeply.
• Simplify complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, and visually polished interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure designs accommodate real data, edge cases, and technical boundaries.
• Iteratively test concepts, incorporate feedback, and refine user experiences post-launch.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite design exploration and delivery while upholding quality standards.
• Demonstrate initiative by identifying challenges and driving solutions to completion.

What We Seek in Candidates

• A compelling portfolio showcasing UX strategy coupled with strong visual design skills.
• Proven experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, or complex application workflows.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including expertise in auto layout, components, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
• Excellent aesthetic judgment regarding typography, spacing, hierarchy, color usage, and responsive design principles.
• Capability to clarify complex data without obscuring vital user information.
• History of close collaboration with engineering teams to see designs through to live production.
• Strong communication skills for explaining design choices and handling feedback receptively.
• High personal accountability, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving needs.
