Role Overview

We seek a driven UX/UI Product Designer passionate about transforming complex operational tasks into intuitive, visually appealing solutions. You will collaborate closely with founders and engineers to craft products that address the real challenges faced by property managers, operational teams, and guests.

Design Responsibilities

• Create core platform features including dashboards and workflows covering reservations, property management, guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, and financial operations.
• Design intuitive AI interaction interfaces that allow users to configure, monitor, and intervene in AI agent decisions seamlessly.
• Develop onboarding experiences that simplify channel integration, property addition, and rapid platform adoption.
• Enhance booking and guest experiences ensuring smooth processes for direct bookings, check-ins, extensions, and upselling.
• Contribute to the design system by building reusable components and maintaining design consistency across the platform.
• Design promotional materials and website assets that effectively communicate product value.

Key Duties

• Lead design efforts from identifying user problems and conducting research to prototyping, final interface creation, and implementation oversight.
• Engage with operators and internal teams to gather insights about workflows and pain points.
• Simplify complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, and polished user interfaces.
• Work collaboratively with engineers to ensure designs accommodate real-world data, edge cases, and technical limits.
• Conduct early testing of design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate post-launch.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance design exploration and production efficiency without compromising quality.
• Proactively identify challenges, suggest solutions, and drive their execution.

Candidate Profile

• A compelling portfolio showcasing strong UX strategy and exceptional visual design capabilities.
• Background in designing SaaS applications, dashboards, or complex workflow-driven products.
• Proficiency in Figma, including skills in auto layout, component creation, design system management, and interactive prototyping.
• Excellent aesthetic judgment regarding typography, spacing, hierarchy, color theory, and responsive layout.
• Ability to distill complicated information while maintaining essential user knowledge.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and overseeing designs through to deployment.
• Strong communication skills with capability to articulate design decisions and adapt to feedback constructively.
• Demonstrated high ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability in evolving environments.

Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, AI integration, conversion optimization, or front-end development is advantageous.
