Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a driven UX/UI Product Designer eager to transform complicated operational tasks into intuitive and elegant user experiences. You will collaborate closely with founders and engineers to devise products that address tangible challenges faced by property managers, operational staff, and guests alike.

Design Responsibilities

Create core product experiences by designing dashboards and workflows covering reservations, property management, guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, and financial processes.
Develop easy-to-use AI interactions that allow configuration, monitoring, and manual override of AI agent actions.
Smooth out onboarding flows to enable operators to connect their channels, add properties, and swiftly derive value from the platform.
Design seamless booking and guest journey experiences including direct booking, check-in, extensions, and upselling.
Build a cohesive design system with reusable components and consistent interaction patterns to maintain platform consistency as it scales.
Design website landing pages, marketing visuals, and launch assets that clearly communicate the product’s benefits.

Day-to-Day Activities

Manage the entire design process from identifying problems and conducting user research to prototyping, crafting final interfaces, and reviewing implementations.
Engage with operators and internal teams to understand their workflows and pain points.
Translate complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, and polished user interfaces.
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and account for real-world data, edge cases, and technical limits.
Test concepts early, incorporate feedback, and iteratively refine experiences post-launch.
Utilize AI tools to expedite exploration and production while upholding high design standards.
Proactively identify challenges, suggest solutions, and see initiatives through to completion.

Candidate Profile

Possess a strong portfolio showcasing both UX problem-solving and outstanding visual design.
Experience designing SaaS applications, dashboards, or tools with intricate workflows.
Proficient in Figma with skills in auto-layout, component design, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
Excellent taste and judgment in typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and responsive design.
Ability to distill complex information without obscuring critical user needs.
Experience collaborating directly with engineers to bring designs from concept to production.
Clear communicator who can justify design choices and embrace constructive feedback.
High ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to progress amid evolving requirements.

Additional Desirable Experience

Experience related to short-term rentals, hospitality, AI-driven products, conversion optimization, or front-end development will be advantageous.
