Role Overview
Higgsfield AI seeks a detail-oriented and creatively driven Video Editor capable of transforming raw footage into polished, engaging, long-form videos. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-output atmosphere, if fully accountable for their projects, and consistently drives quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit long-form YouTube content including product demonstrations, educational videos, explainer videos, and storytelling formats.
- Create compelling narratives through careful pacing, rhythm, and video structure.
- Incorporate motion graphics, b-roll footage, captions, and sound design to enhance viewer engagement.
- Work in close collaboration with Creative Directors, company founders, and growth team members.
- Transform rough concepts, scripts, or screen captures into refined, high-standard final videos.
- Optimize videos to boost YouTube viewer retention, watch time, and overall audience engagement.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in image and video generative AI tools.
- Proficient video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proven record of delivering end-to-end creative content productions.
- Keen understanding of visual aesthetics and marketing culture with the ability to propose captivating ideas.
- Energetic self-starter who adapts well to fast-moving environments and takes strong ownership of work.
- Good knowledge of social media video formats, trends, and audience behavior.
Employment Details
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Almaty, Kazakhstan office.
- The compensation package includes a competitive salary paid in US dollars.
