Role Summary

This role involves managing and nurturing our Reddit community to ensure Higgsfield AI remains a trusted and active participant in relevant conversations on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and develop the subreddit community by fostering engaging content, meaningful interactions, and healthy conversations.
• Engage with users to understand what drives their ongoing participation and retention.
• Create compelling content that resonates with and attracts users to actively participate.
• Monitor community sentiment and identify shifts in how the subreddit discusses Higgsfield AI.
• Handle moderation duties and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and respectful community environment.
• Analyze community feedback patterns, experiment with different strategies, and implement improvements based on insights.

Required Qualifications

• Active Reddit user deeply familiar with Reddit's culture, community norms, and unwritten guidelines.
• Ability to craft content that genuinely interests and engages the audience.
• Strong analytical ability to assess community dynamics, track sentiment trends, and detect conversation changes.
• Experience or understanding of community health including user engagement, moderation processes, and conflict resolution.
• Capability to recognize feedback trends, test various approaches, and translate findings into actionable measures.
• Proficient in English at the C1 level or above.

Desirable Attributes

• Previous experience in community management, social media marketing, or moderation.
• Possession of an authentic Reddit account with consistent and active participation history.
• Background knowledge in technology, SaaS, or AI domains.
• A good grasp of the generative AI industry trends and future directions.
